The hotel is very new, clean, modern with friendly service. Beds are very comfortable modern an clean showers with constant hot water...in winter is a really plus a 😊. In my opinion have few minuses, do not have elevator, restaurant is not open yet, and SPA as well. If I understand right SPA area is not anyway very big. Few rooms have streat view and during the night is relatively noisy. In the morning you will get the breakfast in the room.

I arrived at the hotel at about ten in the evening - the first impression was ambiguous: the area did not seem the most cozy - an industrial zone, half-ruined buildings around, the thought arose not to go. But fatigue prevailed, and I still went to the reception. I was met by two girls and a young man - he turned out to be very friendly and responsive, tried to help, sociable and smiling, I think only thanks to him I did not break down and did not leave the hotel right from the reception upon check-in, by the way, in the morning he also helped to find the hotel restaurant (located in the courtyard, not immediately obvious). The girls at the reception were not very sociable, also in the morning I could not find the restaurant and they, in principle, did not offer to walk me to the restaurant, although they saw that I did not know where it was, and I wandered around the floor a little in search of a restaurant. All questions were answered dryly, I did not want to contact them again, so I did not contact them. The room itself was a pleasant surprise — spacious, cozy, with new furniture and a great bed. We slept just great. When we checked in, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, but an open window quickly solved this problem. The windows overlooked the courtyard, it was quiet. The room has everything you need: a wardrobe, a safe, a refrigerator, a desk, a bottle of water, a kettle and a tea set. In the bathroom: a bathrobe, towels, slippers, gel, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. I was very pleased with the heated towel rail — a convenient little thing, but important on a trip, especially in rainy St. Petersburg. The breakfast is simple, but quite decent: fried eggs, pancakes, vegetables, pastries, jams, a coffee machine, etc. I would like to say a special thank you to the girls in the restaurant — they were incredibly nice, attentive and friendly. Overall, the impressions of the stay are positive. If the location is not critical for you and you do not expect delights from breakfast, this hotel can be a good option. 1. The smell in the room upon arrival. 2. The minimum amount of shower products (gels, shampoos) for a hotel 4 ⭐️ you can also put cream and not save money by putting out 1 bottle of shower products. 3. The "hospitality" of the girls at the reception.
