RS Sarovar Portico Palampur

Our recent stay at Sarovar Portico was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The hospitality extended by the staff was warm, attentive, and truly commendable. Every request we made—particularly regarding special food preferences for our child—was met with promptness and care, reflecting their commitment to personalized service. The hotel maintained high standards of hygiene throughout our stay, and the overall ambiance was both welcoming and well-kept. The culinary offerings were impressive, with meals that were not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared to accommodate our family’s needs. In every aspect—be it comfort, cleanliness, or courteous service—Sarovar Portico ensured a seamless and satisfying experience. It is a property I would gladly recommend to families seeking both convenience and quality.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the accommodations provided for the driver. The bunk bed was not clean, and the 'bunkar' had a strong, unpleasant odor. This situation is unacceptable. I believe it is important to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for all staff, and I kindly request immediate attention to this matter. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this, and provide any information on how you will ensure that such conditions are not repeated in the future. Adding to the aforementioned deficiencies, the driver's request for a blanket, which he required because he intended to sleep in his vehicle, was denied by hotel staff. This further compounded the unsatisfactory treatment, as it deprived the driver of even the most basic comfort.

Stayed for 2 days at Sarovar Portico Palampur. The property is well-maintained with beautiful views of the Dhauladhar range and offers a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the service was noticeably slow — from room service to restaurant orders, everything took longer than expected. Staff was polite but response time needs improvement. Ideal for relaxation, but not for those expecting quick hospitality. Amazing view outside
