I had the pleasure of meeting Maria during my stay, and she truly made my experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness that instantly made us feel welcome. Maria was always attentive, professional, and eager to help with any request — no matter how small. What stood out most was her sincere care for guests’ comfort and happiness. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay, offering great local recommendations and checking in to see if we needed anything. Alhamdulillah, We recently stayed at Rua Al Hijra and we want to express our sincere gratitude to the entire staff. Ridwan, the supervisor, and Batool from guest services were incredibly supportive. They helped us get through a difficult situation when I was stuck in Turkey with my daughter, and they guided us to the right contacts to ensure we could smoothly enter the Kingdom. Their kindness and dedication made all the difference. We also want to thank Sufian, one of the waiters at breakfast, and the chef. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Overall, the rooms, the views, and the entire experience at Rua Al Hijra were amazing. We are truly grateful for everything they did for us.

I had a truly blessed and peaceful stay at this hotel during my recent visit to Madina. The location is excellent — just a short walking distance to Masjid al-Nabawi, which made attending prayers very convenient.
