Rua Rasada Hotel The Ideal Venue for Meetings & Events

My mother and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is very convenient to shopping and the grounds are lovely and well kept. The rooms are clean and the little thoughtful touches like the welcome fruit plate make it special. By far this hotel provides the best breakfast buffet with a variety of local dishes and desserts as well as a western style breakfast option of cereals, eggs cooked to order and breakfast breads. Aek, the steward was especially helpful and took the time to point out their best dishes and provided details about ingredients. Their staff is top notch and we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was way above my expectations. Located close to the bus terminal. The rooms are great. The lobby reminds me of a high luxurious one. The building is constructed as a ship. A very nice pool area.

I’m usually an easygoing person—I can eat or sleep just about anywhere—and I even gave this hotel 4 stars in the past. However, after experiencing bathroom equipment issues during my last two stays, along with slow response times, I started to feel that the hotel isn't really prepared to provide proper service. Most recently, the issue occurred right as I was about to go to bed. The maintenance team took so long to respond that I had to check out and find a new place to stay at around 9:00 p.m. While the staff did try to offer assistance, I had completely lost confidence in staying any longer. As a result, I’m lowering my rating to 1 star.
