Rubi Platinum Spa Resort & Suites All Inclusive

Although we stayed at the hotel a few seasons ago, I wanted to write a review—even if a bit late—because it remains one of the most memorable ultra all-inclusive hotels I’ve visited in terms of service quality. We were highly impressed by the ambiance and architecture of the hotel; in particular, the staff’s warm and welcoming attitude truly stood out. The hotel’s beach is definitely among the best in the area. The kids’ club and entertainment were especially enjoyable for both our children and ourselves. In terms of food and beverage quality, it was quite sufficient compared to other hotels in the same category. Overall, it’s a place I can confidently recommend to both families and couples.

Best hotel ever! An exceptional place for those seeking peace and relaxation. Rooms facing the street are wonderfully quiet—perfect for a deep, restful sleep. The food is excellent, with the baklava being absolutely unforgettable. The staff are incredibly warm and professional, making you feel genuinely cared for. Evening shows from 10 to 12 offer just the right amount of entertainment without disturbing the calm atmosphere. A heated pool would be a great touch, but overall, this hotel is simply amazing—one you’ll want to return to again and again. ❤️

I had a wonderful experience with the hotel’s animation team, especially Osema. He was always full of positive energy, incredibly friendly, and made every activity so much fun. His enthusiasm created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and he really went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included and enjoyed themselves. Thanks to his great spirit and professionalism, my stay at the hotel was even more memorable. Osema is truly outstanding and a real asset to the hotel!
