If you want to experience Tulum as its intended with a dose of luxury and forethought of the vacationers desires .. Rubi Tulum is your place! Finally accomplished the often desired but rarely achieved goal of getting my family and friends off their devices! Tour sense will be too busy taking in the many dimensions of the property and the serene feeling of being at one with nature! Home run and the hospitality was similar to luxury brands.
My first day in Tulum was a terrible experience at this hotel. While taking a shower, the shower head fell on my feet, causing a severe injury that left me unable to walk properly for the rest of my trip. When I contacted management, they were unhelpful and only offered to fix the shower head. Unable to endure such poor service, I requested a refund for the remaining days of my stay. However, they refused to provide the refund, forcing me to take matters into my own hands and connect with my bank to request a refund. This entire experience was a complete scam, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
