Loved our stay at Ruby Claire! We spent two nights at Ruby Claire in Geneva and had an awesome time. The Lovely Rooms are super spacious and styled in that cool, cozy Ruby vibe we love. Breakfast was great - lots of fresh and tasty choices to start the day right. In the evenings, we hung out at the bar and had some amazing cocktails. Alan and Otho were absolute stars - so friendly and welcoming! Enjoying drinks on the terrace was the perfect way to wind down. Alan also gave us some great tips for exploring the city, which made our stay even better. Big thanks for such a lovely way to end our trip!
I had the pleasure to stay in the hotel for a month because of work. It was the best hotel I have ever gotten during a business trip. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly & helpful, I felt almost at home. All areas are very clean, with great sustainable policy (get your room cleaned every 4 days, and in exchange you can get a drink in the hotel bar), and its location is unbeatable. Thank you all for making my July lovely in Genève.
My experience was great overall. The hotel room we booked was quite small — if you have more than two large suitcases, there’s barely enough space to move around comfortably. Pros: Clean Very close to the city center, which is convenient — if you buy something, you can easily drop it off and return to continue shopping. Cons: The bed mattress was not comfortable at all. During check-in, the staff member took a phone call and left in the middle of processing our check-in, which I found very unprofessional. On our last day, they opened the room door before 11 AM. This happened both times we stayed at this hotel. I personally find it unacceptable — check-out time is 11 AM, and they have no right to enter before that. Also, there are no dedicated hotel parking spots, but there are public parking areas just 3 minutes away on foot. The hotel gives a 20% discount for parking. Despite the negatives, I’d still consider booking this hotel again if I return to Geneva, simply because of its central location.
