Malia & Joy were outstanding! Perfect service - went above and beyond and made sure that we had everything we need! We landed after travelling and were made to feel so content and relaxed. PERFECT way to start the trip. Hotel itself is amazing - thoroughly clean, beautifully presented and stunning to look at. 10/10.

A little while ago, we had the pleasure of staying here during our amazing trip to Amsterdam. What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were excellent — and something that was very important to us: no carpeted floors. The self check-in system was super convenient as well. In the evenings, we spent several nights at the bar and were wonderfully taken care of by Devi and Ivo. They truly understand what hospitality means and gave us great recommendations for drinks. Thank you so much, Ruby Emma, and we hope to be back soon!

The location is perfect — situated in a quiet, clean area with beautiful views over the canal, yet still just a quick tram ride away from the heart of Amsterdam. Ideal for anyone looking to relax while being close to the city’s major attractions. The room was beautifully designed, modern, and very clean. I had requested a more private room on a higher floor, and I was very pleased to find that my request was fully honored without any hassle. The view from the higher floor added such a peaceful and serene touch to my stay — exactly what I was hoping for. Everything about this hotel from the service to the thoughtful eco-friendly concept made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I’d absolutely recommend Ruby Emma to anyone visiting Amsterdam and looking for a stylish, sustainable, and relaxing place.
