Ruby Luna Hotel Düsseldorf

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ruby Luna hotel, and would absolutely stay there again, and will definitely look to stay at its Sister Hotels in other cities if we visit. The staff were SUPERB - very friendly, cheery and helpful, with excellent English - thank you! The room was great - exactly as advertised with lots of lovely touches and helpful notes. The roof top bar was a bonus, as was the lovely seating area in the lobby. The Ruby Luna is in an excellent location and easily accessed from the airport. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and excellent service. We paid 24 euro per person for breakfast which we felt was expensive but it was convenient. In future I would rather leave a tip for staff and find a cheaper breakfast locally. If / when we return to Dusseldorf we will book here again.

Lovely hotel. We got a free upgrade upon arrival and there was a very friendly guy explaining everything (young guy, blonde, wearing a cap) and he made us feel very welcome. All the staff were great actually! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Great that they have a 24/7 bar in the lobby! Jesus was there, making great cocktails and together with Davide made for a cozy evening; even on a late Monday! The only thing, they need to have bar snacks😜. The rooftop terrace is amazing. The location is perfect, right in the center; everything in the old city is walking distance and public transport is around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

I celebrated my birthday in the cozy hotels bar with my friends and family. Totally recommend it for a nice cocktail night out. Service was great and friendly, Jesus, Alessio and Alex took great care of us. Looking forward to coming back on better weather and checking the rooftop bar.
