Ruby Marie Hotel Vienna

We were truly amazed by this hotel from the very beginning. Communication was excellent throughout, and the check-in process was seamless—automated, yet with friendly staff available if needed. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore the city. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had! There were plenty of delicious vegan options (a big plus for me), and the coffee was excellent. A thoughtful touch we appreciated was the option to skip housekeeping. In return, you received a voucher for a free drink at the bar—such a smart and sustainable idea. Overall, this was a fantastic stay from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel is beautifully designed with stylish rooms, a great bar, and even a cozy cinema room. Everything is well organized and easy to understand from the moment you walk in. Big thanks to Mr. Hubert— incredibly helpful and kind— and to Lia and Alina for their warm and professional service. Free coffee and tea available for guests is a lovely touch, and the staff’s attitude towards customers is truly outstanding. Great location too: there’s a tram stop right next door and the metro station is just a short walk away—ideal for getting around the city.

Interesting check-in process, with a small improvement could be fully autonomous. Rooms are nice but there's no minibar fridge in the room. The loft room has a nice balcony separated with flower pots from the neighbors and has a nice view over the city, almost a rooftop experience. Breakfast was good, with plenty of culinary options, nice and prompt service. The location is excellent with plenty of mobility options nearby. We will definitely return.
