Ruby Rosi Hotel Munich

Having stayed in 4 different rooms over several visits, I can really say the hotel is wonderful in many ways, even if there is of course always room for improvement. ++ What I liked: Modern rooms, quiet floors, generally good noise isolation, AC, friendly staff, quirky fun decoration vibes, high quality breakfast, breakfast area was never too crowded, top floor terrace and generous drinks vouchers if you skip the room service, generally I experienced little to no waiting times, location is excellent in terms of Ubahn, Sbahn, Tram connections and walking in several directions -- What I would warn the travelers of: shower cabin in the room with thin walls, sink is also directly in the room, breakfast supplies are a bit limited and the staff sometimes struggles to restock them at peak times. Location (close to the main station) can indeed appear sketchy, homeless people may sleep or beg outside the hotel entrance.

Awesome staff, really cool building overall, nice location, great bar. Can’t stress enough how great the general staff is. But this is the LOUDEST HOTEL ever. I’m not sure if there was construction going on while we were staying there or something but we were consistently woken up by a massive hammering noise which sounded like a 10-foot tall steel woodpecker trying to burrow it’s way through our ceiling. Plus broken switches in our room, and poor bathroom design to the point it’s always wet/flooded. Would recommend if not for the noise.

it's a expensive hostel. self check in, bored bartender at the self service bar, people pissing on the rooftop terrace. after the stay you get spammed with mails. room was tiny and very impractical. nicely decorated and good, while still new. location is terrible. two people were beat up during one night below our window. in different fights! if you are looking for shisha bars and phone repairs, this is the area to go to. all together a laughable experience. don't go there.
