Rugendas Hotel Boutique by Time

What a fabulous 3 nights at the start of our South American adventure. Room was really comfortable with loads of space. Welcomed on the desk by Matias who could see we were jet lagged and couldn’t have been more polite and welcoming. Throughout our whole stay he made suggestions on where to go or visit and even helped us set up our mobile access. You can tell he has experience in hospitality and his English was perfect. We honestly wouldn’t have had such a good time if it wasn’t for his kind assistance. Andreas was also really helpful and courteous. In fact all staff on the desk are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was out of this world with so many choices aplenty. Big high five to the management of this boutique hotel. You have the right people and culture happening so well done. Highly recommend

Basic room, the beds were a bit too soft. The service was very good. They even gave us breakfast bags because we left before official breakfast time. Also the bar/restaurant is very nice.

Friendly hotel staff. The room is spacious and clean but missing power points and the toilet smelled a bit of sewage. The frigobar was empty and there wasn’t a kettle or any coffee or tea available. The breakfast was great!
