Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience that perfectly blended comfort, elegance, and a deep sense of history. The rooms felt warm and welcoming, with beautiful vintage-style furniture, soft lighting, and polished wood floors that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a timeless charm that enhanced the overall stay. The highlight, however, was walking across the see-through platforms that reveal stunningly preserved 2,000-year-old ruins beneath the hotel—it truly felt like stepping into a living museum. This unique feature added a sense of wonder and connection to the past that I’ve never experienced anywhere else. On top of it all, the service from the staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a stay that’s not just luxurious, but deeply memorable.
We enjoyed our stay. The room is very large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is nice, especially the pool area and the ruins underneath. The only issue we had is because some of the rooms are facing the street, there can be some loud music at night. One night it was very loud and we asked the person at reception to ask the people outside to turn their music down and they did so it was okay. If you're a light sleeper I'd recommend asking for a room that is not on the street.
This hotel is terrible. First of all, there is no parking. Secondly, the attitude of the front desk and hotel staff is extremely poor; they are very impatient when asked questions. Furthermore, the room is very small, dark, and damp. Lastly, the overall hygiene of the hotel is appalling. There were bloodstains on the duvet and strange stains on the towels. Overall, aside from the so-called "historical ruins" gimmick, it completely fails as a hotel. I strongly do not recommend it.
