Ruins Luxury Resort

We stayed at Ruins Luxury Resort for 3 nights and 4 days and absolutely loved it. The staff were so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The hotel has its own beach, stylishly designed in collaboration with Guess, which made it even more fun and unique. Sometimes there’s a DJ during happy hour, and in the evenings there are special parties and DJ events – we didn’t even feel the need to go out because there was something different to enjoy every night. We had delicious meals at the hotel restaurant, and even got to experience a special tasting menu by a Michelin-starred chef – an unforgettable treat. One of the highlights was having a branch of Sips, one of the world’s best cocktail bars, right inside the hotel. Sipping world-class cocktails under the stars was just magical. There’s also a fully equipped gym with top-notch equipment, and breakfast was lovely – especially with that stunning sea view. Every single staff member was friendly and attentive, and they truly made our holiday perfect. A big thank you to the whole team, we can’t wait to come back!

We spent five fantastic nights at this beautiful hotel and truly loved it! The comfortable rooms and friendly staff made us feel right at home, while the stunning beach was a dream. The world-famous Sips bar, with its delightful cocktails and awesome music, was the cherry on top. What impressed us most was their exceptional customer service. Communicating through WhatsApp was so easy, and they quickly addressed all our questions. We can't wait to return!

Everything at the hotel was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The lobby staff, housekeeping team, and breakfast service were all excellent friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the beach restaurant was a big disappointment. The food was very limited, portions were extremely small, and the taste left much to be desired. On top of that, we had to wait twice 45 minutes each time just for a bottle of water and a burger, because they had lost our order ticket. Apart from the beach restaurant, the hotel itself was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our stay.
