Ruma Expo

I stayed in this hotel for almost a week. I must say its staffs are very helpful and always keen to help their guests. I was in their king suite and its really very big. The location of the hotel is very nice its very close to the Heyday Ali center and also the supermarket is downstairs. I enjoyed staying there and morning breakfast was good. I rate it as a good property.

Warm place, not in centre of the town but you can find taxi in front of hotel. They have good breakfast and friendly staff. If you want to buy grocery there be sure to buy it from the mini market not the cold store because of the price.

Had stayed in the hotel for 3 days while on a trip to Baku ! Firstly the hotel isnt the 4 star hotel that it claims , we had booked a suite since it was for my anniversary however the suite felt nothinf like a suite ! They had some issues with their heating system because of which the water coming out of the tap was very bad , filled with dirt and insect , we stayed for 3 nights the issues with water had continued even after several assurances from the hotel management. When we entered the room there were no blankets , no basic amenities like soap or shampoo. They even charge extra for a toothpase or toothbrush if you order. The airconditioner wasnt working either, the breakfast area was unhygenic and no vegeterian options at all. All in all horrible experience and will never recommend it to anyone. I was unfortunately stuck as they payment was done in advance and they wouldnt refund it and hence had to apend 3 horrible nights there.
