Staff service is amazing !the warm welcome from the front office Agustina that super friendly and Yoga At Restaurant that served excellent service during my dinner. All the staff were so friendly!the gardener and the bellman I forgot their name are super helpful. Also thanks to all the front office staff that arranged birthday surprise for me upon checked out! I had memorable stay here and will definitely back! Hotel designs is very unique all spot is good to take a picture

Spectacular location and building. Only 74 rooms gives an exclusive feel. Excellent food quality and selection, Bebek is particularly notable. Meals on the terrace were delightful, even when raining. Staff were all very friendly and professional. Agus, Gus Jaya and Ari especially stood out and the welcome on the first two days from the restaurant manager Dani was superb. I thing this property has so much potential under IHG management but the building and grounds need to be smartened up. For a building supposedly refurbished in 2023 there's a few rough edges. Traffic noise from main road can be loud at times. We'll be back.

If you are looking for a special place to stay that is away from all the rush this is the place. It has a grand elegant and timeless feel from the moment you enter, the dining room and ocean side pool. It is out of town so be prepared to travel if you want visit any attractions. It may be worth while to pay the extra for the ocean front room as the garden view rooms are noisy from the nearby main road. We stayed in the 3rd floor garden view room which had ocean and mountain views. While the hotel is beautiful it is the warm friendly staff that make this resort memorable- please pass on our gratitude to everyone from the security guards to the cleaners.
