The hotel is close to the beach and there are plenty of activities. The staff was friendly, the housekeepers were kind and dedicated and the beds were comfy. The room was actually bigger than expected. My favorite person during our stay was Kristine at the coffee shop. She truly cares about delivering 5-star service, and it shows. Not only does she make the best lattes (and chocolate milk!), but she also greets everyone with the same warm smile every day. Her consistency, kindness, and dedication made our mornings special. Kristine truly makes a difference, and I hope to see her again when we return.

Great resort and love being able to use both hotels amenities. Location is fantastic, restaurants on site and in walking distance. Breakfast by the pool overlooking the ocean was perfect, small and simple but very good. Brittini was our server she was sweet and had such a great warm presence first thing in the morning. My only note is the elevators are slow and dated, I would stay on a lower floor next time but loved it otherwise!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. We had a balcony room facing the gulf which was beautiful. The room itself was small. With a family of 4, it was a little bit tight at times. We made it work though. Housekeeping did a good job. I don’t agree with all the extra fees that are tacked onto your bill at this resort. The location is nice. The pools are small and not kid friendly. Our toddlers had a very hard time swimming. The Gulfside Kitchen was wonderful and the staff were terrific. Restaurants were very overpriced. Food was average everywhere at best. Small restaurants all over the place. Overall, it was a good family vacation but not enough for us to come back next year. We enjoyed Holiday Inn Resort in Panama City Beach much better.
