The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive, making me feel truly valued as a guest. My room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape perfect for unwinding in comfort. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which was absolutely top-notch with a great variety of delicious options. Every detail was well thought out, enhancing the overall experience. We stayed at Rupakot Resort for a night and the location honestly blew us away, so peaceful and beautiful. It’s the perfect spot to just relax and take in the views. That said, we did feel the service could have been better. Some of the staff weren’t as warm or helpful as we expected, and the room service dinner didn’t really hit the mark. Still, the place itself is stunning, and with a few improvements, it could be amazing.
