Rural Morvedra Nou

We had such a lovely stay at Morvedra Nou. Every staff member was so kind and warm to us. It is quite rural and so comes with the charms of such a location, some of which might not be for some guests depending on what kind of holiday they are after (for example, remote location, narrow countryside roads etc). Being in a protected area, we took advantage of hiring the hotel e-bikes to visit Cala Macarella (which otherwise can only be accessed by a public bus service, no cars allowed). The food was so fresh and executed with a lot of attention to detail. Perfect for a few nights stay to unwind, you’ll be very well looked after.

This hotel was exactly what we had hoped. A stunning countryside getaway. As an interior designer, I loved the attention to detail on the relaxed cottage vibe curated through the furniture, accessories, lighting, dinnerware, etc. The landscaping is beautiful, with flowers everywhere and the rural atmosphere makes it feel Like you have truly escaped reality. Luis was so helpful and had an extensive knowledge of the island that he was happy to share, which we loved. The new manager, Fabian, has great energy and that energy is definitely passed along to his employees. Everyone was lovely. He has many great plans for the hotel and surrounding land to take the hotel to the next level. The cool rainy weather didn’t keep us from walking the path to the sunset bar and enjoying everything at the hotel. The breakfast server (I don’t know her name) was so sweet and the breakfast was delicious. We will be back!! Thank you!

Disgusting Service… We paid more than 500€ per night and we ran out of water to even shower or use toilet + dirty room, wet pillows, children at dinner… We left and only asked to get the money back for the nights we would not stay, and they refused. Cheap management… Stealing money from guests that trusted you and try to support small business… We left a wide review on TripAdvisor and your answer was “wish you let us know whilst you stayed with us”… Of course we did and it was like talking to a wall… Hope manager has been replace, as he treats the staff badly… Shouting at them in front of guests is NOT ACCEPTABLE… Local people deserve respect, and even more when you are coming from another country.
