We were stuck in the area on our honeymoon. Place we book was horrible. We phoned Russell's and Ronell the receptionist was the most accommodative person ever. In a flash she had a room ready for us, not just ready but she made efford. A board on our bed welcoming us as Mr & Mrs Davidson. The personal touch made me forget about the previous place. We felt at home. Neat tidy, fresh and friendly staff. The food was so yummy. Nico the chef is amazing with the biggest personality ever. A stay I will do over in a heartbeat Thank you for excellent service everyone.
We drove past. The hotel looks gorgeous and luxurious. The restaurant overlooks the harbor and offers glorious views of all the docked yachts. The menu looked scrumptious but we didn't have the luxury of time. Next time, most definitely.
Went to the restaurant and experienced lovely food and comfortable, tidy, good hospitality. However a bit of music would bring a nice touch. A hidden jewel located beside a beautiful marina, honestly underrated.
