The hotel in general is good, the breakfast delicious and varied, the smell of humidity is present in practically all of Europe if it is not just a thing of the hotel. but please do something to solve the specters. hire an exorcist or priest, my room had a lot of paranormal events. I did not sleep at all .

We found the Hotel at a very convenient price , 70 EUR for a double bed room for 1 night. Location it’s ok, 7 min in bus from the island, parking for the car and breakfast included. Not very clean (bathroom especially), old bed, they have the same carpet in the floor since the 90s so it doesn’t smell very good, all the building in general needs to be renewed it’s possible to keep the 90s 80s look but with new things. The shower, the doors everything cracks. I wouldn’t pay more than 70. You will find better options for more than that, the 4 stars hotel certificate takes into account the space offered to guests in the rooms that’s why they have it, but if u are expecting something like a 4 star super clean, cool gym, nice pool and excellent service keep looking this is not for you.

Not sure how this hotel got 4 stars. Everything is really old and used. The toilet seat was not properly mounted, shower head is not removable, hairdryer has not enough power to dry hair and cleaning staff was unfriendly. The shampoo smelled as old as the hotel and there were no vanity sets provided. There is a nice park with playground & running tracks nearby. If you're just spending one night here it's ok as it's relatively clean and close to bus/tram stops to go to Venice hence the 2 stars.
