Rutland Hall Hotel & Spa

Beautiful venue for weddings! I had the honour of capturing a wedding here in May. Highly recommend to any couple wanting to spend their special day here. The food was astounding, rooms had amazing views and the location was just out of this world. Rebecca Hadley Photography.

We’ve stayed at Rutland Hall on a few occasions and it’s always been exceptional. The food, views and service are five star. Most recently we stayed at the hotel and I left my watch in the room when we checked out. I realised when I got home and my wife called the hotel- the cleaner had found it and left it with reception. This was a huge relief as it’s an expensive watch with a lot of sentimental value. I can’t thank the Rutland Hall staff enough, for their hospitality and honesty.

Ate there this lunchtime. Very few people there but service was very slow. Had to go and fetch menus despite being promised them....wanted coffee afterwards but ran out of time. Pity because the food in Blossoms was OK (although I don't think they actually used monkfish as advertised in the monkfish bites as the flesh was too flakey). Huge drinks delivery lorry parked right outside the dining area for half an hour with engine running, drivers shouting and kegs clanging rendering conversation difficult. Pity because a lot of money has bee n spent on decor (great toilets) but the staff just aren't up to it.
