We received the warmest sincere welcome. Reception staff wonderful! Room immaculately clean and stylish. Beautiful bedding. Location is excellent for exploring the city with very handy tram stop opposite for going down to Karikoy. We had interior room 204 - had a little view down to the pool - didn’t need or miss an exterior view as the area is busy it likely contributed to such good nights sleep. Rooftop bars great. Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again on next visit to Istanbul.

Modern and clean hotel, the rooms and the gym were really nice and had all that was needed for a week. Convenient location just off Istikal street, close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops, close to the metro and a short walk down the hill to the tram. The staff were what made this hotel stand out though, we requested an early check in and the room was ready at 9am. We had an issue with the air con in our room and they offered to move us, they tried to give us an upgrade but only had twin rooms available so moved us to an identical room but brought up a bottle of wine as an apology. They were always at the desk ready to say good morning and help with whatever was needed. Would 100% definitely stay here again.

Nice boutique hotel in central location. It is located down a side street full of bars with outdoor tables, so cars can’t get down there (taxi will drop you round the corner). Can be noisy at the weekend. The rooms are small but decorated in a fun way, and there are lots of amenities. Not sure how this is a 5 star hotel though as it felt more basic and a bit dated. The pool and gym are also tiny. Friendly staff.
