We had a lovely stay the Ruzzini Palace, the concierge and front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for walking to many sites and for drop off by water taxi upon arrival (cost about 70 euros). The room was spacious and had some storage in mini fridge. The canal can be viewed off the room! We did not get the breakfast option but wish we would have..do it!
This is hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service and staff are over the top considerate and accommodating, and the location on Campo Santa Maria Formosa is truly wonderful. A great square that is full of life and children playing soccer by day yet quiet and peaceful at night, just 10 minutes from San Marco as well as Rialto. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Venice.
An unforgettable stay at the Ruzzini Palace Hotel! The room was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable. The location is perfect: right in the heart of Venice, close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. The service was outstanding from start to finish—attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. A true Venetian gem. I highly recommend it!
