Would like to say the people from the reception are so rude and not friendly. But in other side the restaurant have such good works like Rida, such energies and such smile. We felt really good always at the restaurant. Also the bar very good environment.
Disappointing Stay at a So-Called 4-Star Hotel I was drawn to this hotel by its 4-star rating and promising description, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. From the start, service at reception was underwhelming — staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful, offering minimal information about the hotel’s amenities. It felt more like checking into a hostel than a quality hotel. The facilities themselves were outdated. Carpets and furniture in common areas looked worn out and poorly maintained, and the overall decor gave the impression of a place that once had charm but hasn’t seen a renovation in years. The sofas in the lobby were especially tired and uncomfortable. The swimming pool lacked even basic facilities like changing rooms, which was quite inconvenient. Parking was another issue — very limited spots, and not suitable for larger vehicles. For families, the children’s playroom was a letdown: it existed in name only, with broken toys and almost nothing usable. Adding to the discomfort, there was an unpleasant smell — particularly on days when fish was served for dinner — which spread through the hallways and lingered. This hotel may have had its prime years ago, but right now, it feels more like a 2-star establishment in need of serious investment and better service standards. Not recommended unless the price is significantly reduced — and even then, manage your expectations.
If you are a solo-female traveler or traveling with kids, please don’t stay here. Although they insist everything is registered and regulated, we were quite surprised when the receptionist opened our room to a guest not registered to the room at 22:00h, and there is no internal way to lock the room—no padlock, no hook, no extra lock, nothing, so there’s no way of preventing this. We had a child with us. In addition, the TV didn’t work, the WiFi password they give you doesn’t work (good luck even trying to get it). We could literally hear every word of the neighbors conversation, tapping on the sink as they brushed their teeth, TV. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel—maybe 50 years ago, but not in 2025. We just did a week long road trip and this was by far the worst experience of places we stayed.
