My wife and I stayed at this boutique hotel for three nights, and we are very happy with the services provided. I absolutely loved the breakfast and spent nearly an hour each day enjoying it. Most of the service staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the room we stayed in, Room 307, was a bit small, and the bathroom doorframe was quite low. At 176 cm and 179 cm tall, we bumped our heads a few times when entering and exiting the bathroom. However, considering it's a boutique hotel, we feel that you get what you pay for. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. :)
Fantastic place to stay while in Istanbul. The staff are absolutely amazing with a special shout out to Ahmed on the front desk, such a great guy and the friendly young lady that helps I the kitchen (sorry her name escapes me) The breakfast was sensational, best meal we had during out stay in Istanbul. This is one place the reviews are accurate, 100% recommend this place, mainly due to the outstanding, friendly staff.
The room was spacious, modern, clean and nicely decorated. Liked the fact that there is a shower too, instead of just the jacuzzi/bath. Staff was really polite and helped us with our bags up the stairs to our room. They also allowed us to leave our bags there even though we checked in before 14:00. Breakfast was really nice! Variety and nicely served and plated. The aesthetic of the hotel in general is really beautiful! Even the plates are beautiful and unique. Another nice note is that they lend umbrellas and that's something we haven't seen in small hotels! The only downside I would say is that for our room there was no lift, just stairs so it might be challenging if you have big suitcases like us. When we checked in, the staff helped us with the bags but for the check out we did it in our own (we didn't want to ask them. The rest of the floors have a lift though! Also it's definitely not a hotel for disabled people, accessibility wise.
