Stayed in May 2025 and still think about my stay here. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I will this say this was one of the best stays I have had with a hotel. The service from the start was five stars, I unfortunately forgot the very kind fun lady that has her side shaved and DJs but from the start she made me feel comfortable being a solo gay traveler. The rooms were clean, the fridges stayed cooled, the balcony is semi private and the beds are comfy. I came down twice to ask for opinions on my outfits for the night and helped eased my anxiety going to the club alone. The check out process was seamlessly easy and the night I did get a taxi it was there in less than five minutes. Do yourself a favor and book the room, will be back!!! We had a great stay at Ryan’s Lola’s in June 2025! The Gentleman who originates from Stockholm who worked in the breakfast dining area was so helpful and welcoming. Great service. Also the bald guy who works on the bar in the boxpark by the pool, was super helpful and kind. Great service again. Room was funky and clean! Sorry we dont Remember names but do want to say thank you to the fab staff :)

Most shitty customer service ever had! - clean rooms - Good burgers - Nice pool - very noisy hotel, even in the room at night you here everything. - We didnt liked the location of the hotel and the neighbourhood, but this might be personal. - Seems more like an upgraded hostel, not a 4* hotel. There are 3* hotels in IBZ that are much better in price, quality and service than this "hostel" - We paid 150€ deposit + 2x 20€ towel deposit that you will get back on your card 2 weeks after you've checked out they told us. Exactly 1 month after arriving home, the money was released (30 days!!) So please check your terms and conditions! I've called my bank and they told me the hotel will release it after 1 month for you. 9th time in Ibiza for us, never experienced that before. - When checking in the hotel we paid our room double, booking charged us and they charged us again at the reception. This can happen by mistake, for sure! But Customer service from the hotel after we got back home, to get our money back, very poor 👎🏻 We did not get an answer within 4 weeks after their first reaction from Pamela , she just ignored our messages. So we contacted booking and luckily they could fix it and we got our money back from them as they didnt answered to booking neither. What a shame this hotel is... But, Booking.com top service and customer caring 10/10! In august we'll be back in IBZ for our 10th time. For sure they'll never see us back here! Would't recommand this hotel to anyone!
