Super. !!!!!!!
We were there two weeks ago. The apartment was great. Plenty of space, the bathroom was beautiful (although it still has a few minor issues, but they don't interfere with its functionality). It's close to the beach and the city center. Everything is within easy reach. We absolutely love it! We highly recommend it.
The property is perfectly located close to the beach and promenade, but its condition is offensive. From the moment you walk in, you can smell a strange toilet odor at the reception desk. The lady who greeted us was not very friendly. The rooms are terribly unkept, with loose electrical outlets, cobwebs in the corner of the wall, dirty, stiff curtains, not to mention the windows. The coffee table had cup marks, the sofa cushions were dirty, the bed creaked and its frame was unstable, the bedding under the covers was stained, the balcony had no tiles, but a screed that had crumbled over time, and when you stepped from the balcony into the room, you'd have to carry all the semolina on your slippers. The renovations were well done, and the cleaning lady was very helpful. The property really should be a 5-star rating; for now, it's a 2-star rating.
