I love this hotel! Fantastic location, friendly staff, beds are like clouds to sleep on, great hairdryer, newly renovated bathrooms with a huge shower and plenty of towels. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want, happy hour at the bar, luggage storage. The blackout curtains crossover so that no light can get in. View of skytower all lit up last night. Even a barista bar in the foyer! We didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back.

To be honest, I already felt a bit disappointed upon checking into the room, but I chose to look past it, thinking that perhaps the breakfast experience would make up for it. Unfortunately, it only made things worse. When my family and I went down to the breakfast area around 7 a.m., we noticed that the plates were far from clean. Some had leftover food stuck on them, while others had oily smudges. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a hotel breakfast service. Several food items were already finished, and no one seemed to be refilling them. What was gone simply remained gone. In the milk and fruit section, the glass bottles had noticeably uneven quantities, and one or two bottles looked clearly unclean. That’s a serious hygiene concern. Moving on to the bread section, there were no tongs provided for picking up bread. I had to grab one from a different dessert counter, which isn’t exactly convenient or hygienic either. Overall, this was my first time staying at this hotel, and sadly, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The lack of cleanliness, poor food handling, and inattentiveness to basic service standards were all very concerning. I sincerely hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of service for future guests.

Haven't even finished our stay but won't be staying here again. It took 10 mins( I timed this the second time around) for the shower to get warm in the evening and the morning despite with the mixer turned to hot right around as far as it would do. The room was ok, however extremely outdated and the lighting in the room was atrocious. The buffet cooked breakfast was cold even when I went down at 6am spoke to staff and all the could offer was to reheat cooked food. This would have to be one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in and they really do need to up there game.
