Rydges Bankstown

We had a truly wonderful two-night stay at this hotel during a very cold winter. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary hot drink at the entrance by a security staff member named Muhammad. He spoke Arabic, Bengali, and English fluently, and his friendly and sociable manner made a great first impression. He was also very responsive and culturally aware when we needed assistance with our room. The reception team was also welcoming and helpful. When we requested a room with a view of the swimming pool, they met our needs immediately. The room was clean, the amenities were great, and parking was both easy and free. A great things also to mention is the swimming pool, which lights up with beautiful, colourful lights at night, which appealed to the kids. We had a fantastic experience overall and definitely plan to come back

I stayed here visiting my in-laws and had a wonderful stay. The buffet breakfast was spectacular, rooms were clean and the staff extremely freiendly and helpful. A special thank you to Natasha who went the extra mile for us, to help find a my wending band which I had lost during my stay. You’re a gem Natasha! Thank you to the whole team for a smooth service. Hotel and room: Clean, quiet, comfortable bedding. Shower is questionable. 4 stars Service and communication: Easy communication. Huge thanks to Mo (Mohamed) for looking after me and the misses.
