From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism by the front desk manager, Dolores. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, whether it was arranging a late check-out or offering local recommendations. The front desk team at this hotel exemplifies what hospitality should be—attentive, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile. I cannot thank them enough for making my visit so enjoyable. I look forward to returning, knowing I’ll be in such capable and caring hands!

Room actually smelt really bad when I first entered like bad drains. The ac wall unit didn’t work and the mini bar was outrageously expensive…. More than usual. Only good thing is its location to lots of pubs and food options. Thought Rydges was better than this but left really disappointed

checked in and asked to be switched to a non joining room for safety and attendant said all rooms are conjoining (incorrect) secondly our other guests were incorrectly advised by a member of staff around regular laundry and were charged almost $300 for dry cleaning which was a service they didn’t want. They met us at a discount to $200 which we agreed to pay. Then upon checking the clothing later at the airport as we were checking out some of the items were not cleaned and others were damaged from the cleaning service. Hotel management is refusing to connect us with the cleaning company for us to get a refund or to sort the damages as we feel that is not fair. We have tried to resolve this fairly but not being met in anyway. Really disappointing Rydges experience as usually there stays are really good.
