Rydges Ringwood

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Rydges Ringwood for two nights as part of our wedding celebrations and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly lovely, welcoming, and went out of her way to accommodate us — even helping us store our wedding cake, which was so appreciated! Most of our guests also stayed at Rydges, and everyone was so impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of the rooms. The accommodation is modern, stylish, and made for a very relaxing stay during such a special time. Thank you to the team at Rydges Ringwood for your hospitality — we’ll definitely be back! 🥰

Anthony at the front desk and the other staff were all extremely helpful.. we extended our stay and they were able to keep us in the same room without the hassle of moving out and moving back in !! Had some hiccups with housekeeping but the team took the feedback well and fixed the issues.

I booked through expedia 6 months ago with a discounted rates then called me less than 4 weeks of my booking telling me system error the reservation not available. You just accepted a higher rate bookings to cancel mine. I hope its worth it for your unfair treatment. Manager called the room I booked was already booked 18 months ago! Who accepts booking for that long?! Then my 6 months ago booking is a system error... Please have some integrity. REPLY: please do not blame it on me. Just be fair and honor your bookings. Now attack my character. Who will be happy that you will cancel the booking less than 4 weeks. Put yourself in my situation so you know how I feel. By the way, what you are offering is more than 1 hour travel to the destination I need to be in. Come on, please think about it.
