Had a comfortable stay! Location being convenient is the top quality + bed was super comfortable. Good for all types of travellers. Saw a lot of air stewardess staying at the hotel, maybe because of the convenience — very close to train stations and just a short train ride from airport. Very near a number of restaurants and shops and supermarkets too. Concierge service was good too - very kind and helpful. Has luggage storage service if you arrive early or wants to go out after check out. Downside was the room was a little far from the lift - quite a few turns along the corridor to get to the room, was an interesting layout.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is very good, easy to access everywhere. The room is showing signs of aging. Even the shower door closed but water still leaking and floor is all wet. We need to use extra towels to mop it. Also the biggest issue is our room 1601, just outside our room, there are 2 big roof vent . Every morning our room smells like kitchen and oily smell. We feel very uncomfortable and we did complained to the front desk. That girl just answered me “thanks for letting us know” What a good answer from her.

I've stayed in this hotel multiple times and mostly for stays of at least a week or more. While it's not the best , pillow is too thick and bed too soft , it was convenient. I'm therefore extremely disappointed by the hotel during this stay where I'm booked for 20 days. We checked in since Sunday. On Tuesday, there was a total power failure in the early morning and we were initially told it's only two hours. And then four hours, and six hours, eventually we were told at 10 pm that power cannot be restore until the next day. Effectively at that point, we had more than 12 hours without power and had to relocate to a different hotel at 10pm at night. Hotel promised to relocate us at no cost since it's 10pm , and in addition, to compensate us by refunding one night of the stay. My wife had to walk up 10th floor and down 10 floors to quickly pack a overnight bag in the dark. The next day, we return to the hotel, and was able to return to our room. At 10pm the next day, we noticed the lights going off by itself, and when we contacted the receptionist, we were told that we were supposed to have been reassigned a different room. There were no information given to before that, nothing slipped under the door, no calls, nothing !! and again, we were expected to quickly pack our stuffs, and move rooms again at way past 10 pm. The front desk offered to send a staff to help us with moving, we started packing immediately and the staff came promptly, while we are still packing. When we said we are still packing, wet clothes in the toilet, etc. He promptly offered to give us the key to the new room, and bring our keys back down. Very disappointing when his job was to help us move to the other room, and I told him we were still packing as we have lots of stuffs. The following morning, when my wife went to ask about the refund of a night stay as promised, she was told by the front desk that it was a "either or", that we either get a refund of 1 night or free relocation to another hotel. This was clearly different from what was communicated to us previously the night before, suffering through 12 hours in the room without power and having to walk to 10 floor up and down each time. So there was no compensation for all the trouble they made us go through in spite of what was previously promised. Most definitely not my best experience in Sydney.
