Thats lovely, quiet, clean, always so friendly and flexible staff :). This hotel has been my unbeatable stay for more than twenty years. As well as those, great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff( again☺️) Most friendly and helpful receptionists and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel and suite home. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I stayed in suite home part. Home is itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Margo restaurant, spa and gym are also have high standart and wonderful really I hope to be back for another long visit in the future. The manager of the hotel Mr. Hakan, thanks for everything sincerely🙏🤗

The hotel is located near the mall, which makes shopping really easy. The rooms are good, for the price. Breakfast is standard, can be improved. There is a good restaurant, with lovely view and live music - this was strong advantage. The Spa and the gym are also spacious and well equipped, however the lack of pool seems odd. Overall very good for its price.

Three children aged 15, 11, and 6, along with one adult, booked a room for 6000 TL. The three 0.5 L bottles of water provided in the room were already consumed, and we called the reception to request more water in case the children woke up during the night and needed it. We ended up spending 5 minutes debating whether water was free or not. During the phone call, the receptionist, Mustafa Efe, referred to me in the third person and said, “What should I say to this one now?”, which was both disrespectful and inappropriate. He told me that we either had to pay for the water or that there was nothing they could do. After an unnecessarily long and frustrating conversation, they finally brought us 1 liter of water. WATER IS A BASIC NEED, and the fact that you are incapable of providing for such a need for your guests, let alone turning it into a subject of debate and addressing your guest in such a rude manner by saying “What should I say to this one?”, is utterly disgraceful. I strongly condemn your behavior. I will never set foot in this hotel again, and I will absolutely not recommend it to anyone.
