We went there on a weekday (July 14, 2025). It wasn’t crowded at all — we went on the slides so many times since there weren’t many people in line. We tried all the pools and onsen pools; it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves
Only went to the spa/pool area. Good for families. Onsen area for women only. Lots of things like steam room were under maintenance. Towel set is now an extra charge on top of a more expensive entrance fee. I feel the facility needs to be refurbished as there are many loose tiles and cracks.
Went for the evening to enjoy the spa area. Huge facilities with lots of different pools to try. An amazing view of Tokyo and Mt. Fuji in the evening. More suitable for families and young couples. Various dining options, too.
