Although it may not be a 4 star, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff are very friendly and for us english speaking people it helps that they also speak English. The rooms are clean and YES there's a small fridge. Breakfast has a variety of things to please everyone. Very affordable compaired to other hotels in the area. Why pay more for the same service? Thank you to staff for making our stay pleasurable. " The Canadians"
Small, stylish, cozy hotel. Near the sea. But poor insulation, you can hear your neighbors. Breakfast is hearty, varied. The rooms have everything you need, and it's clean. Thank you, I was able to rest.
Great location and 30 seconds to the beach. Staff are really helpful and attentive. I asked for a kettle in the room & an extra pillow which were supplied no problem. Room was quite small and had a tiny wedge of balcony (which could fit 1 chair) but very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. I thought the €4 per person per night city tax was a bit steep, they said it is because it's a 4 ⭐ hotel but it's no way near a 4 ⭐. The main negative was there is absolutely no sound proofing. You can hear everything all the time. People talking, going to the loo or showering in the next rooms or walking past, sounds like they are in the room with you. I was on the first floor so could also hear everyone in Reception and the breakfast room. The cleaners are very good but start crashing around before 8 in the morning and is banging on the door to come in and clean, I guess this is not a problem if you are up and out very early. We were there in April when the season hadn't started yet so a lot of places (restaurants and shops) weren't open yet but it meant the beach was lovely and spacious as it wasn't covered in sun beds.
