Résidence b o cottage b o resort thermal & spa

We were initially worried about the steepness of the path to the Spa from the cottage but in fact it had a good surface and was fine if taking it slowly. However it was not illuminated at night whilst we were there. Otherwise a good place to stay and we will return. Possible improvements would be a bar/ lounge area.

In general the stay was ok. But my room was in a terrible position. Room 118. The lift outside made a constant screech. The exit door under Neath my window had people going in and out loudly also coming out of lift I was awakened 4 times at unreasonable hours on my last night. I also confirmed the night before I left if I could use the laundry I was told no problem to buy some detergent at reception desk next day. I was told the laundry service was broken next day and I would need to walk to other premises. I said no merci and left and the staff seemed to think this was funny or that I was been rude which I was not, I was annoyed but courteous. On the plus side I was given a late check out to 12 for free as they could not extend my stay to 3pm. Which was good. The terrible noise from the lift and from people smoking outside exit ruined my last night. I did wish to complain to management but after my previous experience at reception I didn't bother. The lift needs to fixed outside room 118. People need to be warned better about making noise. Outside exit

Nice environment and good breakfast. But the room was not very clean as there was an old bubble gum sticking on the upper side of the bed, which i guess the cleaning lady missed. The balcon however, is very dusty and full of spider web. I wish they could focus on the room cleanness better.
