Quality services, perfect equipment! The accommodation is very clean, the bedding is of very good quality; near the heated swimming pool, the equipment is all designed to provide maximum comfort, nothing is missing. The domain is perfectly secure. A calm and rejuvenating setting located in a geographical area close to numerous activities, beaches, hikes, visits, etc. I recommend with my eyes closed and will share this excellent address.

Disappointing Stay – Beautiful Place, Terrible Management The apartment itself was fantastic – spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for families with children. We had a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron – everything needed for a longer stay with kids. The location was beautiful, and the large garden was a really nice. Unfortunately, the overall experience was completely ruined by disastrous organization and the attitude of the staff. Upon arrival, the dishwasher was broken. When we reported it, we were told it must have been working before – implying it was our fault. When would someone come to fix it? “No idea, just wait.” It took three full days before a technician showed up. No apology, no urgency – just complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. What’s more, the apartment could use a proper cleaning before guest arrivals. The floors weren’t thoroughly cleaned, and the terrace and outdoor table definitely should have been washed and prepared before the next guests arrived. These are basic standards that were clearly not met. The pool, supposedly open from 10:00 to 20:00, was often closed in the middle of the day. One morning at 10:30, a lady came and said she had just added chlorine – and the pool would be closed for two hours. Right in the hottest part of the day! To top it off, the “maintenance” of the garden by the pool was an absolute nightmare. Around 11:00, while guests were trying to relax, a man would arrive with a leaf blower and then mow the lawn – for two full hours. The noise was unbearable, literally 2–3 meters away from where you’re trying to enjoy the sun. Did no one consider this might not be the best time? There was a complete lack of respect for guests. No planning, no empathy, no basic common sense from the people managing this place. Total chaos and thoughtlessness. Such a shame – the location has so much potential, but in its current state, I absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone.
