Traveling with 2 adults and 3 children in a very pleasant environment. The hotel is clean and is looked after by very friendly staff. There is always something to do in the hotel. The hotel is not located in the busier ski centre, such as Tignes Le Lac and Val Claret. Ideal for someone who prefers a bit more peace and quiet. As long as there is enough snow, you can go straight onto the slopes from the hotel. Otherwise, you can take the lift about 50 metres further or the bus 100 metres further. Our apartment for 6 people was just spacious enough and had a large balcony. The lifts and stairs can be a bit confusing, but once you have found your way, it is only a minor issue.

The apartment was fine apart from the bedroom was small and narrow so the twin beds were head to foot rather than next to each other (not sure if other rooms have the same layout). The room was clean and the facilities were good - we cooked most nights. There's a good small supermarket nearby. The ski locker room was good and you can "ski in / ski out". The resort is quiet so good for families. Not many restaurants but you can get the regular free bus to the bigger resort Tignes 2100. The pool is okay, if a little on the cold side. The spa has steam room, sauna and hot tub - free before 4pm - which you need to book so that ensures it's not crowded. It was the last week of French half term and there were kids activities/presentations between 5:30 and 6:30pm each evening which took over the seating area in reception - a minor irritation as we couldn't walk through therefore were diverted upstairs then back down but the lifts take a while and you couldn't use the stairs down. We'd consider returning but probably outside school holidays.

Hotel was dirty. Rooms not cleaned at all during stay. No clean towels. Bedding was dirty. Rooms were so cold. Asked to get the heating turned on and they would only turn it up by 1 degree. Not a good location, ski in, ski out, but only a red slope to do so. Charged to use pool (€17 pp) , sauna was out of order the whole time we were there. Lifts broken and had been for months. Would not recommend.
