Résidence Club MMV Les Chalets des Cimes

We had a superb experience at MMV after an initial very bad start. The first night we did not get any sleep as there was a bunch of 8 people in two or three rooms next to us who made excessive noise from 11pm until 6am the next morning. We went to the reception the next morning and demanded to be moved or refunded. It was a very stressful day and eventually at 6pm we moved - this was a big job as we had unpacked everything but the people staying in the apartment were staying for two more nights. The reception staff were great but the whole of the block had complained. The thing that has worried us for booking in the future is the fact that the MMV did not seem to have the power to eject this group of obnoxious people who were ruining the holiday of a whole apartment block of people. Surely this should be the thing to do. We walked past the next two nights after we had fortunately moved to another block and the group were outside late at night shouting and drunk. As I say once we moved we had a fabulous time but it tainted the stay and also we lost a whole day of our holiday and had to move everything and it was very upsetting, stressful and the people were threatening.

Always come back to Les saises . We have been to Chalet Les Comes 4 times now . This has to be the worst apparent we have ever had. If we had had this appartment the first time round and the reception staff with an attitude of I couldn't careless then we would not have booked here again . The apartment was freezing. We had to turn the heating on in the bathroom in order to heat the appartment . I am so disappointed . Not at all what we expected. . Couldn't even find a car parking space. Even though we had paid for one. Standards have slipped

Checked out on 29 March and my security deposit €400 still appears to not have been returned to my account. I have emailed them about this and they have not responded.
