The service was exceptional and the coordinator Hugo was incredible. Such care and compassion. Impeccable service and the actual villa was incredible too. It is a magic oasis with kind warmhearted people. The host, Celine, is a great person! She is caring and pleasant to communicate with. People in the restaurant are attentive and hospitable. I am grateful to both Sofia and Mustafa. Additionally, both chefs cook incredibly delicious dishes! I experienced relaxing and revitalizing hammam thanks to a true professional, Najat. Golden room (106) has romantic vibe and great view.
This place is gorgeous. It's a good 20-30 min drive North of the city, into the Palmery area, which in itself is pretty barren. Think that Matt Damon film about growing spuds on Mars. Once you find it, it is a walled and gated residence surrounded by acres of landscaped grounds. The villas are situated around the edge with a 4/5 room 'hotel' in the middle. We stayed in 'Deluxe' and it was great with a little patio through the sliding doors. Clean and well-appointed. This place is super chill. No-one is trying to flog you anything; no tours. No evening entertainment. No kids clubs. No hassle. You are left alone to get on and do whatever it is you want to do. The restaurant serves excellent food, as good as anything in the city centre and the staff, mainly women, are fantastic with a specila shout of to Sophia who looks after breakfast and lunch. She was a sweetheart and couldn't have been more helpful. Whatever they are paying her, they need to double it. The only comments are the internet is pants - they really need to sort that out - and to offer a regular shuttle to and from the city/airport . Will I be coming back? Hell yeah!
