The only good things about this "hotel" is location and friendly staff. You need to make beds yourself, rooms do not have any soap, salt. coffee, etc. - nothing. There's even a dishwasher but no dishwasher soap. You are given a list of items in the apartment to sign as if you are going to steal something. They expect you to clean the apartment upon checkout: even bathrooms and toilet. There's a swimming pool and sauna, but they do not provide any robes or even separate towels. Oh, and "double bed" means "double decker bed" in the room description. The owners in the similar reviews reply that "it is not a traditional hotel", then do not mark it as a 4* - you do not provide such level of stay for the guests.

The place is very old . I have been to many chalets in France and maybe this is the worst one ☝🏻 but far from being the cheapest. Location is good but that’s it . When we arrived we had to do beds ourselves , on top of everything we had to request everything as towels / bed sheets at 23:00 pm . WiFi is payable and has very weak connection . the lift system is horrible , spa is super small for such a huge building. They did not send via booking any information how to collect the keys or how to find the place on the map. There are many others places around way better , keep on looking 🙏🏻

The hotel is located in few buildings and getting in and out from the apartments requires hundreds meters walk and few elevators on the way which are really slow and in the rash hours blocked very often. With the skiing equipment it is very inconvinient. In the 6 person room there were 3 beds only, so there were two double beds and one bunk bed. No info on the web page- we arrived as 6 independent people, so the surprise wasn't nice. At the end they charged 65Eur for cleaning, as they found a few crumbs on a table and a one spoon which didn't get cleaned well by the washer. Don't recommend at all this place
