Everything was almost perfect: apartment, facilities, service, swimming pool & sauna, parking and not forgetting the quiet location and proximity to the city center (10-12 minutes). The price-performance ratio is very good. Highly recommended!
+Good place to discover Concale, St Malo, Dinard,… +Cosy, not too much people +pool was heated +price/quality is ok -lady at the desk was unnecessary arrogant. Don’t feel better than you are, people are going on a holiday, make them have a good time -houses are rather small, book a bigger one -Jacuzzi goes off for a long time after 30min -wifi is extra (which year are we?) -you get the bare minimum amount of towels -no starter package, even only one roll of toilet paper. -checkin only at 16h and checkout at 10h Fine place to discover the neighborhood, with some tweaking, this place could really be worth it
Good location with easy waking or driving access to amenities, unless you have a push chair, the paths are not well maintained in the area. Easy parking and houses built with a keen eye to functionality and modern design. You are close to neighbours but there is planting between apartments and the proximity did not cause us any problems, the walls seemed to be well insulated. Things to prepare for: quite a hefty cleaning charge. There is not the equipment in the house, so I don't see how you could do this yourself. Also, go prepared with dishwasher tablets, washing up cloths, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, salt and pepper etc, nothing disposable, beyond a couple of toilet rolls is there! Maybe this is the norm in France, but not my experience of English holiday rentals. I admit I have high cleaning standards, but this is my main complaint. Look beyond your immediate eye line in the house and you will not like what you see. A deep clean was long overdue, things like doors being wiped down and the carpet cleaned. The area around the pool was not cleaned daily, or even at all, and it really showed, such a shame when the basis of the facilities was good and four star. But overall a good base for your holiday en France.
