My father and I had a great stay here on our recent ski trip. Some of the negative reviews are over the top. There’s nothing wrong with this place at all. Yes, it’s a bit basic, but it has everything you need. For me, a ski trip is all about being out on the slopes, not in the hotel. If you’re looking for good value and the essentials, this place does the job perfectly. It’s conveniently located near the free shuttle service, take the red line to the slopes and the yellow one back. Overall, the apartments were completely fine. Don’t be put off by negative reviews, and if you want something more luxurious, spend more.

Basic apartment, rooms are OK but a large person might struggle to fit up the stairs. The big sell that saves them are they're location, quite literally skii down the slope and to the door, never had to walk home in the evening or to the lift in the morning, you could skii the whole way.

The apartment hotel was a total disappointment! We stayed one night and then had to change to another accomodation. The accomodation at Route de la Balme was not clean upon arrival. Dirty cutlery, dusty, human hairs in the bed linnen, stains and no functioning sewer in the kitchen area. No functioning wifi. Even though the reception was supposed to be open upon arrival, there were no personnel in sight. When we complained and wanted a refund, we got instructions to write a letter to an address in Paris. We did so and inclosed photos. Even though we followed all instructions from Odalys, we did not receive an answer nor a refund. Bad form!!! We will never book this accomodation again! Think twice before you book this. :-(
