Résidence Odalys Edenarc Arc 1800

We stay 1 week end of February in the room 610. The accommodation and facilities are modern, cosy and comfortable. Slopes, ski lockers, parking and shopping are easily accessible. Our room is great in the middle of the monarques building with nice views on mountains, Mont Blanc included. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool indoor /outdoor is great. For electric cars, there are 6 charging points 11kw front of the parking’s residence.

I am part of a group of 16 and we've been staying here for a good few years, we choose this hotel because of the pool, as my sister in law has had a stroke, and she uses the pool. Everything about this hotel is wonderful for families, if there is no-one with a disability. There is no safety rail for people to get into the pool. I caught my sister in law crawling out of the pool earlier this week. What surprised us both, is the hotel have put a railing in the jacuzzi, but the pool was missed. Please, please put a safety rail in the swimming pool.

19/04/25 to 26/04/25 , Stayed here with my family and my friend and his family. Rooms were decent stopped in the building which name started with an S but can't remember name the view from our room was beautiful, parking was fine for us , lockers for boards / skis were good , pool indoor outdoor , sauna, steam room , jacuzzi all nice enough small shop on site wasn't the best but has basics , gondola down lower part more shops there are a lot better , great location to board or ski from , unfortunately my son fell broke his wrist near the hotel reception and they were HOPELESS I just hope no 1 ever needs first aid as the gent at the reception must not be trained at all , the first aid kit was PATHETIC, I have better in my van , THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO LOOK IN TO THIS FOR THE SAFETY OF THERE CUSTOMERS , Hotel restaurant is expensive and serves ok food it is cheaper go down the free gondola to one of the restaurants down there . They took a 500 euro deposit on arrival and they did return it when they said they would.. there is an ironing board , hair dryer , and a small kitchen in the room we had . about a 25 / 30 minute drive to the main village at the bottom of the mountain.
