A really pleasant stay. The place was spotless, the staff were kind and attentive, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after hiking.
Loved the calm setting and mountain views. Everything was clean and well organized. The wellness area was a great bonus, and the staff were lovely.
The room was OK, very small bedrooms but clean and had what we needed. I have not experienced having to make the beds ourselves, so that was odd but apparently that is not uncommon in Europe. There were no fitted sheets provided and only 3 pillows in main bedroom. Also very little toilet paper provided, we had to ask twice at reception for more. The real complaint is the flies in the room. We have never experienced so many flies and spent a lot of time swatting them with rolled up paper (no swatter or other fly control provided). Fortunately Auron is a wonderful holiday location and so beautiful, which made up for any inconveniences.
