The price was reasonable for the room and services. The breakfast was a delicious buffet style meal. There is a public pool and sauna on the third floor, with some treadmills over there as well. But don’t expect a gym like environment there. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooms are equipped with large TVs. The location is near the busy part of Neihu, with MRT and bus stops around the hotel.

Customer service is great. Front desk staff Nana was extremely helpful and other staff were also very service oriented. Room is huge and very clean. Location is ok as I was there to attend a conference. Eateries are about 10-15mins walk. Eateries offer mostly local and traditional delights. Highly recommend for the price compared to Taipei Marriot etc.
