S Hadyai Hotel

Room Cleanliness -1000% Terrible bad smell probably come from drainage/sewer, getting more serious when you go nearby the living room water sink or toilet. Don't even dare to enjoy the bath tub due to this condition.The cushions at the sofa got so many stains. Smiling face + warm welcoming Thailand service -100% Been to Thailand so many times, they always have smile at their face and gave us warm sweet welcoming feelings, but not really at this hotel. Receptionist still ok, but other staff like we owe them so many money and not pay that kind of face. Asked for bottle opener, staff lie about duty alone so can't send upstairs, but when go down to collect, was chitchat with friends/other staffs. Except the not super perfect location other than that nothing worth the price paid. Facilities ok, with pool and there's lift and free parking, but in the room, the aircond kind of lousy, not really well maintained and come out with noisy sound. Other than the bigger room space, nothing "exclusive" for an exclusive suite.

Super bad experienced in this hotel. Please make sure that they give u a checked in list upon check in and make sure everything is in your room. There’s 3 size of towel in the room. (Small, Medium , Large) Please make sure all are in your room. If not the reception will tell you that one of the towel is missing and ask you to pay for it. I asked them how they assure all towels are 100% been placed in the room. Reception say house keeping 100% won’t make mistake.

worst scam ever, be alert with deposits, as they are good on blaming customers before check out that they have handed over the deposits to you when they havent. their towels or other things in the room are used to forfeit the deposits saying its dirty etc. My first experience in many hotels we stayed throughout the world that used these kind of tactics...I believe the middle management is in cohort with this scam. My Advice DONT stay there.
