The only two things I liked about this hotel were its location near the city centre and the friendly staff. The room design wasn’t great, and I couldn’t sleep at night due to loud noise in the corridor. Other guests were being disruptive, and I even saw security come to calm them down. The breakfast was good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The service was below expectations in several key areas, including front desk assistance, cleanliness, and responsiveness to requests. It felt like the staff was unhelpful and uninterested in making guests feel comfortable. The room also did not meet the standards I was expecting, and certain amenities were either not working or not provided. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service to provide a better experience for future guests.
