S Ratchada Leisure Hotel

Stayed many times as i have family nearby. This will be the last time i visit this hotel. 1. Key card problems, door not open everytime we use card. 2. my family give me present for birthday i put behind reception. When i come to collect, item has been removed from box and box missing. 3 on check out i was informed of a toothpaste stain on a towel. This can be removed in laundry. But staff say i have to pay 450thb. I refused to pay and will never stay here again.

So far away from convenient stores and other places, no massage nearby also. So many mosquitoes in room, ask to settle but just simply spray without any effect, terrible both night couldn’t sleep at all. And the room is so smelly. Corridor lights are spoiled and never repair after telling them. Cleaner broke the glass but I didn’t realise it, but they charge on me

The room and the rate are okay, but when I ask for room service they tell me to wait for 20 mins ( what I was asking is only spoon and bowl for my dinner) They said they have many people to serve in the restaurant and cannot serve those in room. I have to go down to the restaurant and take the utensils myself .
